After many successful years in the business intelligence world, H & H Life decided to branch out their services not only for the average business company, but also into the government owner sector. Their target clients; airports.
With their ever changing and evolving business models and revenue sources, airports are a prime example of a business that has to be up to the minute updated in order to service its clients to its full potential.
"By taking apart and analyzing the current business models that airports are working with these days, and ideas from the company's expert team," says CEO Spasa, "H & H Life have been able to come up with a more efficient model for airports and airlines to work with."
H & H Life are currently working with a number of airports, both in Canada and around the world, to expand their current revenue streams and business models through business intelligence, and also the develop new business models based on what their customers need. Ways for travelers to spend their time at an airport, ways to manage their time there in the most efficient manner, and ways that travelers can spend money at an airport. These are all the things that we are looking at.
Managing data resources, business process improvement, project/program management consulting, data architecture, data integration architecture and improving your overall financial performances are just a few of our goals for your company. Airports need to make money, but after all, it's all about the customer satisfaction in the end.
The team is also currently evolving this business model into other aspects of the airport industry into the financial and information technology sector. We are working with a new model of enterprise data management (EDM). This project has been split up into a strategic five year program which involves the key steps of discovery, modelling, and improvement of the client's data process. Once this is complete the team can begin to gather information regarding the metadata performance measurements need for the conceptualization of the information architecture.
Our team is also currently working on another project for our airport clients called the overall aeronautical activity analytics (AAA). We are working on creating a business analytical solution that integrates all aeronautical and non-aeronautical airport activity data that are crucial for the financial survival and prosper of airports. Our solution will present a data foundation for airport operational and financial proactive management that can be further be expanded on.
